Step 1: Compute – Type-in the total amount you want to remit and choose the delivery mode.

Online users with previous online transactions can send money in just 1 step by clicking "Send Another". Watch the video tutorial here.
For first time users without previous online transactions, create an account with us by simply registering your personal details. After successfully creating an account, you can start sending money in 3 easy steps.

Step 1. Compute - Type in the total amount that you want to remit and choose the delivery mode.
Step 2. Beneficiary - Let us know whom you want to send money to by providing the details of your beneficiary

Click "Join Now" and fill up your details in the registration form. A temporary password will be sent to your email. On your first login, reset your password. Watch the step-by-step video tutorial here.

On the Sign-In page, click the 'Forgot Password' button. An email will be sent to you for the instructions on how to reset your password.

I-Remit fees depend on the country that you are sending from and the mode in which you want the money received by your beneficiary. Please use the cost estimator to calculate the estimated cost for your transaction.

Your rate will be locked in until 23:59:59 of the day that you confirmed your transaction following your timezone.

There are three different ways for your beneficiary to receive the money that you sent through I-Remit.

I-Remit Visa Card
• Simply send money by loading your beneficiary's I-Remit Visa Card. In minutes, your money will be transferred and can be withdrawn by your beneficiary from all local ATMs in the Philippines..
Credit to bank account
• Through this delivery mode, your beneficiary will receive the money directly in his/her bank account. Remittance Pick-up
Remittance Pick-up
• Your beneficiary may pick-up anywhere from over 21,000 Pay-out Centers. No bank account required.

The fastest way to receive the money in minutes is with the I-Remit Visa Card. For other service modes,the average time for the money to be received by the beneficiary is within 1 to 2 banking days.

You can track the status of your transfer by checking the "My History" Tab once you are logged into your account.

Approved:
• Your transaction is being processed for fulfillment to your beneficiary.
Available for Pick-up:
• If you sent via Remittance Pick-up, the remittance is now available for claiming by your beneficiary.
Credited:
• If you sent via Credit to Bank Account, the remittance has already been credited to the bank account you provided.
Delivered:
• Your remittance has already been claimed.

Should there be any changes to the details of your transaction e.g wrong name, wrong account number, kindly contact our Support for assistance.

You can request for a cancellation or a refund provided that the money you remitted has not been dispatched.
If you want to cancel by email or phone, please send us an email or contact our Customer Support for assistance.

​You should never respond to emails asking for financial information. Call I-Remit and inform them of such email. I-Remit should be contacted immediately should you suspect that you may be a victim of fraud.

There are now websites that provide information and trends in consumer fraud. Please ensure you get the latest news and updates.

The security of your personal information is important to us. I-Remit may give you a call to verify certain details regarding your transaction. If someone calls you claiming to be from I-Remit and asks for your personal information, we recommend that you return the call using our toll free numbers provided on our website.
